Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare and process your items before shipment.

  • U.S. / Canada Orders: Typical delivery takes 6–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. For real-time updates, visit the Track Your Order page on our website.


Order Changes & Delivery Issues

Cancelling an Order
Need to cancel? You can do so before the order has shipped, but we would prefer notice within 2-3 hours. Just email us at support@nexorapillow.com with the subject line “CANCEL MY ORDER.”

Entered the Wrong Address?
If you made an error in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. We can correct it within 2-3 hours of purchase. After that, changes are no longer possible.

Received a Damaged Product?
We’re here to help. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you accept exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. However, if your order isn’t exactly what you expected, contact us and we’ll be happy to send a replacement that meets your needs.
